Notes : On the eve of Hardy's birthday, Mr Quimby's Beard played this home town gig with the Ozric Tentacles at the Sunderland University Night Club "The Manor Quay". MQB played two, hour long sets at this gig, but not on the same stage as the Ozrics. Instead MQB played in an adjoining side room, playing their first set right up till the Ozrics took to the stage in the main hall then starting their second set as soon as the Ozrics had finished their encore. This gave the audience over three and a half hours of non-stop live music and Mr Quimby's Beard a great opportunity to "warm up" for their nearing Euro tour.
