News
After
over 2 years of working on a new album, Mr
Quimby's Beard went through a line up change which saw the departure
of brothers Jim & Chris Walton and the return of original
drummer Gary (Gaz) Sayers. Because of this and the new material that
has been written in the mean time, it has been decided to shelve the
work thus far recorded and commence work on a completely
"new" new album.
The
band now have well over an hour of new material which will be
recorded during the autumn and winter of 2005. The first of these
recording sessions has been booked for early November in Foel
Studios, Wales.
We
will endeavour to keep you up to date with the recording process
over the course of these sessions.
The
band would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your patience
and continued support.
